If I could warn you. DO NOT buy a shared ownership property from Peabody. Imagine saving up your whole life to buy a property and finally having everything in order. You pick a new building because it is clean and safe in a great area. ...

Peabody are without a doubt a doubt a negligent and corrupt organisation. They will allow you to either die or develop stress related conditions because of their shoddy, malpractice, lies and ineptitude. They know no one can get them into courts hence they get away with their negligence. The CEO needs to know half of what is actually going on in this corrupt inept organisation that makes peoples lives a misery. You can't get through to him however which is by design as you can't even get through ...

Do not get a home with this company. We bought a new build through Peabody in August-September 2022. It's very obvious they must have paid someone off for the final inspections of the property. There are so many faults. Each month something else appears that should ...

Untrustworthy at every stage, increased service charges 2.5x in a single year, spent £20,000 on a rude on street washer without consulting the development, charge £1,000+ a year on sinking fund (back pocket) and then lie through their teeth after promising to reduce. Avoid at all costs....

I had a solicitor and Peabody arranged to come and fix the damp, mold and all the broken down partd of the property. The problem is once they start the work the solicitor has no more power. They did every single room in the property. They tore down my living room ceiling and my bathroom wall. They didn't cover anything and I had to move out of the property for just over 2 weeks. They still took there rent though. I took photo's and went through the complaint process. The damage to my carpets and ...
