This estate agents should be avoided - they were not honest about a serious issue during the viewing stage of the property. Issue which only came to light to myself after a while of living at the property. I now know it is an ongoing issue with the property that has been ongoing for a long time which they are aware of and would have effected my decision to move in. When I first read reviews in here about this agency I must say I got terrified and scared as there is some horrible stuff written about them. However we used their service as tenants quite recently and we are pretty happy with the process. The agency does request quite a few documents and references comparing to other agencies; but this is the way it is, and after all if you decide to proceed you have to expect that you will need to provide what's needed. Fees are 99 pounds to hold a property plus 150 pounds checkout fee. If you're ok with it it's fine; it's written in the contract but could be mentioned earlier on a view to avoid conflicts. We had no problem with it but other people might do.

Hello. I just wanted to let future tenants know to avoid this agents. I was looking for a room and they offered me one for 600 pounds. I paid a holding deposit of 250 pounds. Got all the references and everything. I waited two weeks for answer and finally they said that I have not been accepted, landlord did not liked me, even everything was fine and of course I did not get back my money. Dear Tenant, Please note the reason the landlord decided not to proceed with your tenancy was due to the fact a landlord reference was received stating your previous property rental was left with a large amount of rent arrears (undisclosed) also adding to the fact a reference letter was provided which was over one year old. DO NOT TOUCH THIS AGENCY!!!!! We Put a holing deposit down for a property in London. It Took over 2 weeks to complete references, we had no contact from any of the employees whilst we were going through them so we were in limbo! Finally we were told "to speed the process up, we needed to pay our £3000 deposit" WHAT??? we hadn't even passed our references! They have gone back on promised repair work time and time again. We sold up due to their awful property management. Never ever buy from them. Terrible service and very rude. Flats look good but any faults will never be repaired...

On viewing the property I was assured flat will be cleaned and repainted and the bed will be changed. There was a lot of problems signing the contract and nearly all my live documentation was needed!!! I mean bank statements from 2 banks, both saving accounts!!! Reference from previous landlords. It still was not good enough so they asked for 2 months deposit!!!! Interrogation upon phoning to simply request viewing a property (how much to you earn, where do you work etc). Then, turning up at the property, the guy had absolutely NO details about the place, just the price of the whole house and per room scribbled on scrap paper and crumpled in his pocket. Recruit people with a personality and knowledge of properties. Become more flexible and be less aggressive towards people
