We found Patrick Williams to be 'not the usual estate agent'. They were not pushy or hounding us with calls. We got a good deal and have been very happy with their service. I had past dealing with Patrick Williams, although due to circumstances outside our control this transaction was never completed. I had a very good feeling about this firm at that time, so when I was asked to become involved with selling a property for my brother-in law I did not hesitate to make contact with PW.. My eldest son was also very involved from the start. We both have been very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of Trudy and Richard. They have kept us informed of all data from the beginning, and I feel showed tremendous compassion at a few tricky moments.

From the moment the process of selling my house began the team at Patrick Williams in Tilehurst were professional, friendly and very efficient. We purchased 20 Weald Rise via Patrick William 15 years ago and had no hesitation in going back to them to sell for us. I used the services of Patrick Williams to sell my late mother's flat. It is really difficult overseeing the sale of a property for an elderly relative, especially one who is moving out of her marital home and who has health issues.
My relative was buying her new home through Patrick Williams, and such was the care and sensitivity provided by Trudy and Richard, we entrusted the sale of our relative's house with them too.
Trudy and Richard give a new meaning to the phrase âold fashioned serviceâ.
My relative is elderly and has some memory issues and so we needed the reassurance that her needs as a seller would be fully met- things like knowing when potential buyers might be calling and the names of surveyors etc.
Trudy and Richard made the whole process easier than I dared to hope.
Delighted with the service we have received from start to finish.

Patrick Williams have managed my let property for a number of years and I wanted to praise them for the efficient service I have always received from them.
Shelley, Jane and Alison work so well together and keep you informed of any changes that are needed with regards to the property itself and also any regulations in the buy-to-let market which as public we don't always hear about.
They are also quick to deal with any issues regarding maintenance that needs doing and have a team of trades they can send over to the property which saves me having to do as I work full time
I would thoroughly recommend their services

Fantastic and hassle free.
I have had the misfortune of dealing with incompetence with other Estate Agents as a Landlord. Having been taken advantage of by tenants and other agents/agencies I was resigned to selling my property and hoping that a professional outfit would help me. The team at Patrick Williams were nothing short of outstanding, an example to how other agents should conduct themselves, their responsibilities and general ethics. They are professional, methodical, not out to take advantage of you and most importantly when something isn't right they take responsibility and make it right without excuses.
My only regret is that I did not find Patrick Williams sooner to use their letting services as the experience would have been far better than the appalling one I had with two other agencies.
