i am a prospective buyer , called approximately 10times - no one has got back to me to arrange a viewing . i can understand if they are busy but busy for 3days to not email a buyer who is ready to buy the property. i have never experienced this with any estate agents. they are normally after you... pay a bit more and get a local estate agent who has a office closeby and gives you a beter customer service
