Terrible and frightening experience. I was a tenant in one of their Notting Hill properties. They tried to scam me by putting different conditions in the contract from what we had agreed verbally, which I noticed and they had to backtrack. Problems started on day ...

As a year-long tenant, I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent with them out of several reasons: 1. Thin-walls: The property itself has really thin walls. You can literally hear your neighbour either fighting with each other or their early alarm clock everyday. 2. Poor management: Apparently some ...

I am very unhappy with this agency. They are unprofessional and disorganised. I experienced various problems during my tenancy, including with elecriticy and fire alarm. They did not do enough to assist. They are unreliable. Do not rent from them....

It is more than fair to give 0 to Olympia instead of 1. Renting a flat with Olympia Estates (12 Westbourne Grove Terrace W25SD) is the worse thing that could have happened to me and my flatmate. The main person we dealt with was Luta, but we ...

I had a good experience with Olympia estates. I'm not sure why there's negative comments. You pay for what you get and I had no problems. I found them to be professional, courteous and helpful. I lived at Kensington Gardens square for almost a year ...

I'm not sure why they're so many bad reviews. Honestly the studio I have been renting from Olympia has been a dream - everything was straight forward and whenever I requested something in the flat they have handymen on tap. All bills included makes it ...

The service has been disastrous, from the first to the last day. It all started with a deceiving announcement as we were told internet was included in the rent, whereas only 3GB were "offered" (and it did not even work). So in the end we ...

Agent fees were high, 100£ when moving in and 100£ when moving out (which come on top of the 200£ for the marketing agency) + 25£ to get the landlord's reference (!)

If I could leave 0 stars for Olympia Estates, I would do. I rented an apartment on Kensington Gardens Square, with the intention of staying for a couple of years. In the end, I only stayed for 6 months. My main point of contact was Luta Simon, ...

Comment on agent fees
For a studio flat, in Central London, on the sixth floor of a town house, with no lift, the rent was quite high. I was expecting to pay £800-£950 a month but instead I was paying £1,083.40. As the service was terrible and the problems I faced had a large knock on effect to my daily life, the cost I was paying was definitely not worth it.

This estate agency is the worse that could possibly exist. Agents are merely incapable of sorting out issues related to the bad-quality flats they rent. They even ignore e-mails to avoid having to fix issues. My flatmate and I have been struggling since the very ...

We were nervous about renting through Olympia as the only review we could find anywhere was a negative one, and we've heard so many horror stories about estate agents. It seemed sketchy at first because we were dealing with multiple different people, I was scared ...

The agent either did not know the details of the property or purposefully misinformed us. We were misled about which utility bills were included and about the state of repairs to some of the kitchen fittings. There were some very unplesant surprises once we had ...
