I am sorry but you have actually got your facts wrong! Firstly if we had agreed to sell at the downgraded price that the surveyor came back with we would of lost 25k the offer we accepted and received from the successful sale was 25k more than what you recommended we accept. Secondly the second offer fell through because the buyers deposit fell through after two days because it clearly was never reality and you did not check their credentials thoroughly. OF were involved as the leasing and management agents. Initial process was fine but once we reported some problems everything fell apart and the agents became quite aggressive. They eventually threatened to terminate the tenancy and if we did stay for the full lease that ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agents should learn how to communicate with customers. Aggressive and threatening behaviour is just stupid. They came across as incompetent, untrustworthy and short tempered. As such we will not use them again and will recommend to all our acquaintances that they steer clear also.

As you state........we were the letting and management agents. Why would be become aggressive about works to the property? We don't pay for them, the landlord does. We both know that a few of the details seem to have missed your review. Its not for me to make them public..... ...
