We have a complaints handling procedure that is approved by The Property Ombudsman. Should you have reason to complain, you should in the first instance write to the Branch Director, Stephen Bithell. If you were to remain dissatisfied, your complaint could be investigated and reviewed by an independent Complaints Officer.
