We are a specialist multi-award* winning lettings company offering personal, professional and friendly service. Our team understands that letting out a property can seem daunting. Also that the decision to move home can often involve big life events such as a job relocation or family or relationship issues. Our aim is to make the process as simple and as hassle-free as possible for everyone, so if you are thinking of letting out your property or are a prospective tenant looking for a rental home, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

We currently cover the following areas: Worcester City Centre, Barbourne, Northwick, Claines, Blackpole, Warndon Villages, St Peters, Norton, St Johns, Lower Wick, Droitwich and Malvern.

We do however offer several other methods for tenants to pay their move-in monies: 1. Cash 2. Banker's Draft 3. Building Society Cheque 4. Personal Cheque 7 days in advance 5. Northwood fees were competitive compared to other agents in Worcester with the added advantage that it is an all inclusive figure, no key hand over fee and no VAT. for the work my application entailed for a new customer I found it very reasonable.
