We are a specialist multi-award* winning lettings company offering personal, professional and friendly service. Our team understands that letting out a property can seem daunting. Also that the decision to move home can often involve big life events such as a job relocation or family or relationship issues. Our aim is to make the process as simple and as hassle-free as possible for everyone, so if you are thinking of letting out your property or are a prospective tenant looking for a rental home, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

We currently cover the following areas: Worcester City Centre, Barbourne, Northwick, Claines, Blackpole, Warndon Villages, St Peters, Norton, St Johns, Lower Wick, Droitwich and Malvern.

As the owner of the Northwood (Worcester), it is highly regrettable for me when a customer or client becomes dissatisfied with the service that they have received from us. Where possible, I will do everything I can to try and resolve matters to everyone's satisfaction and, with this aim, Northwood has a formal Complaints Procedure that enables problems or discontent to be raised and responded to in an orderly and timely manner.
