The fees charged are realistic considering the work that goes on behind the scenes, the office running costs and the sheer amount of compliance legislation that is a mine field to non professional landlords who just want a hassle free experience. As their rent to me is pre-agreed and guaranteed, their fees are not really an issue at all, so yes it's very good value and saves me time, money and hassle.
