Dear Anush,
I am sorry you feel this way, in no way was Holly being biased. When the property comes with furniture (i.e bed and mattress) and this is not to your comfort you are able to provide your own as suggested but it is not down to the Landlord to purchase any new item unless it is defective or unusable.
I know you were given several possible solutions to aid your comfort and feel that this review is not valid or constructive.
