You try this rent issue with all your tenants. 2month notice means 2month notice why does it have to be same date you moved in. Another way of conning ex tenant extra months rent despite given 2minths to find another then of course they will get new tenant in by then. This money is pocketed by Northwood and not passed onto landlord. Also they always get you on minor things it's like they have a rule they have to get something out of you regardless.. We are very sorry for the experience that you had. We appreciate that you have taken time out of work to view the property and again we too have bought out time from the diary and arranged access with the current tenants so not gaining access is frustrating all round.

Advised by agent that they keep rental level fair to attract tenants, rather than pushing for highest possible rental rates. With a guaranteed rental agreement in place, this works to the benefit of the tenant and the letting agent and also the landlord if tenant stays longer term so void periods are shorter.
