We rented as students last year with Nicholas Humphreys. Generally an awful experience. The communication was very bad, you’d email with a problem and never hear back so it wouldn’t get sorted. We had problems with the property (rats!) and we had to deal with it on our own. They ... Read Full Review

The communication was very bad, you’d email with a problem and never hear back so it wouldn’t get sorted. We had problems with the property (rats!) and we had to deal with it on our own. They also have only given three out of the five of us our deposits back (those who did receive it received it late), they are around a month late - so are holding onto over £1000 of money from us. They also charge you extortionate amounts for late rent payments (even if it’s just a couple of days). It was our first time renting so we didn’t really have any expectations, but this year we are with such a reliable agents who communicate with us properly and sort all our problems so quickly.

Wouldn’t recommend for student lettings at all, there are much better ones in Norwich. Go for someone reliable.

Although this branch is primarily a letting agency, we took a chance with them because of the excellent rate we were offered. We were not disappointed. We could not have had a better service, Danielle was so enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful to us, nothing was too much trouble throughout the whole process. She always dealt with any problems efficiently and we highly recommend the agency overall.
