We have received the confirmation of your review.
The Directors cannot help but feel slightly aggrieved. You placed your holding deposit on the 21st December, the office as well as the referencing agency closed for Christmas from 22nd December 2017. We returned on the 2nd January 2018 and your referencing was completed by 3rd January 2018. We cannot see how this is deemed as anything other than prompt service by the referencing company?

Agents fees are always bad. Having been to a number of agents the fees at Next are not the worse. The initial moving in and referencing fee is competitive and thus palatable. Unfortunately they only offer contracts for a year. Each year you have to pay an admin fee to renew the contact. The annual admin fee is too high at ‚£150. ‚£100 would be acceptable.
