Unfortunately, in life you don’t get everything you want. You expressed interest in two separate properties and on both occasions, there were also multiple interested parties who offered. Naturally the losing parties are always disappointed. We act for the Vendor of the property, all information regarding offers and the prospective buyer’s circumstances were put forward and it is the Vendors who chose which offer they wanted to accept.
