What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have addressed the remedial work that should have been completed before we moved in. They could have arranged a checkout meeting and leaving inventory. they could have given some signs that they actually cared about us as their tenants.Attached Filesnbsp;

Unfortunately had a similar experience with these idiots. Would never EVER touch with a bargepole again! ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
