What agent could do to change your mind?
Disgracefull fees charged by this shower, ‚£350 for a joint application - you must be joking, had a viewing arranged with this company and lucky I asked about the fees, once they told me over the phone I simply canceled the viewing and will never call these cowboys back, they could have the nicest cheapest house on the market and I would rather live in a tent than pay their extortionate fees. Total rip off. The sooner this gov regulates this industry the better, companies that charge both the landlord and the prospective tennant should be closed down. Simple.
