I am a landlord and have been using Moving Inn as my managing agent for nearly 5 years. I live in Australia so after unsuccessfully trying other agents I found them to be the most thorough and honest of all. This is very important being so far away. The relations with the landlord have been good, and they have offered a positive reference for my next rental, but they have hired Moving Inn to show the flat to prospective tenants. Dear Sir, We remember your case clearly. Upon taking your property on we informed you the property needed painting and deep cleaning as there was severe condensation in the bathroom, hallway and either the bedroom or living room, all of which was advised to you. We had your property for 5 days, you called most days twice a day for feedback all of which was provided. We had a set of applicants who were interested to rent your flat, the applicants were professional sharers and wanted to use....

The company lacks customer service, they are only after your money, in the winter I had problems with my boiler, I had no running hot water for 4 days; they did not care to fix it I was forced to contact my landlord who solved the problem in a short time. not only that the polish woman who works as administrator for the company is very disrespectful, no manners at all. I won\'t use their services anymore when my tenancy ends....
