Mike , Jack and the team were brilliant, I called numerous times when I could not get through to my solicitors, they were very helpful with getting everything sorted and pushing it through. Without them staying on top of things i may not of moved excellent service highly recommend.

No impressed with service from the first contact! Did not listen carefully enough to what I had to say. Continually got the wrong names of family members (very distressing as one had recently died!) Called this agent to book a viewing at a house I was interested in. Girl on the phone was sweet enough but clearly had no idea what she was doing, answered all her questions and explained I was long term severely disabled and getting housing benefit. Called this agent to book a viewing at a house I was interested in. Girl on the phone was sweet enough but clearly had no idea what she was doing, answered all her questions and explained I was long term severely disabled and getting housing benefit. She said someone would call me back?!? A woman called me back and proceeded to tell me I can't have the house as I don't earn enough, but how can she know that when she doesn't know what money I have coming in? I then told her I make more than enough to cover the rent twice. So she then made fun of the fact I claim housing benefit and said 'well it goes to show doesn't it'. I said what on earth do you mean by that, I have a severe physical disability and she tried to back track saying that wasn't clear in the notes the other girl had taken. Absolutely vile woman and a joke of a company, mocking disabled people, great going Morris Dibben!
