Do not ever expect your call returned. After paying our fees for reference and credit checks, came back with a nil income because rent4sure who they use can not read an application nor a bank statement. Actually managed to get a call back about this after leaving so many messages we lost count. Thought things would be fine after speaking to Sue who was going to forward all the documentation required to a contact at rent4sure and point out the error made. They would be rather good had we come to any outcome, but as yet, we have still not seen what they are doing for them.

After trying to find a property in the Powys area, we contacted MMP as they seemed to have a lot of suitable properties. As a trust we are unable to follow the conventional rules that would apply however we were happy to pay all fees any fees that would have been paid by an applying tenant plus up to 6 months rent advance for the landlord. We note your comments on the above website and have undergone an internal review of our operations in this matter. We are always open to constructive comments regarding our letting procedures which, incidently, are always under review and being improved upon all the time. But to just launch your views without contacting a Senior Manager or Partner leaves us staggered.. Closed up shop over half hour before they should have. Leaving the front door at 16.55. Then speaking to me with a very aggressive attitude as though i was in the wrong. Not what i would expect of an employee that should be helping customers....
