I too have been bullied and harassed by these so called management agents. I have been advised that they have been struck off twice and was even on TV for their bad behaviour. Cannot believe they continue to get away with this and in fact we have decided to take legal action against them. Please bare in mind the the Landlords are equally to blame as they knowingly select these type of agents. I suggest you take action against them too for the stress they cause tenants/leaseholders . I'm sorry to hear this but not surprised and would strongly advise you and your fellow tenants to exercise your right to buy out the lease. We had to this with Morelands, who are an appalling company, and they will never change for the better. You will have to put up their dreadful behaviour until you do. ...

Sorry to hear that Kaye. They did finally respond to Solicitor's enquires successfully by mid January. Even the Solicitor was shocked at how unresponsive they were. The saga is not over yet because as part of the LEP they requested payment for buildings insurance which had never been agreed to by the owner (they had their own), they also took money for ground rent he had been paying by direct debit. I requested a refund on his behalf and of course didn't get a reply. My next course of ac ...

This company must be avoided. Look them up of LEASE tribunal cases, a lot of unhappy people have taken them to the court and won, including myself. These sorts of companies must be regulated. The reviews listed here say it all....
