Disgusting customer service, incompetent, lack of communication, false acquisation given. No compassion for there own mistakes. When we paid there accountants the monthly rent they did not release it on time to the landlord and tried to charge us ! Also paid out deposit owing to us into the wrong... Read Full Review

I have never experienced such poor customer service from a lettings agent. Numerous errors in the contractual paperwork, ignorant staff, useless management. I am amazed these people get any business at all. Avoid at all... Read Full Review
