The agents fees were very over priced considering they did not even turn up for the appointments and my parents had to show the potential buyers around the property. On the occasions that they did turn up they stood there in silence whilst my parents showed the potential buyer around the house.

Since writing this review I received an apology from the inventory clerk plus a personal email from the Director to follow this up. I was pleased with the final outcome at home it turned out and was grateful they went through the effort to rectify things. Well done Miles and Barr for turning things around. ...

The agent could have made sure that the property was habitable and fit for a tenants enjoyment of the property. Th agent could have portrayed a more assertive, take charge, no-nonsense attitude in getting requested repairs accomplished, thus enhancing good business relations, ethical practices and professional standards and trust.Attached Filesnbsp;

Having suffered at the hands of these cowboys I would strongly urge any prospective tenants to not have a thing to do with Miles and Barr. There are other, far far better letting agents in Whitsable, Herne Bay and Canterbury.
