We have been looking for a property in Kent, so I understand your problems, Miles and Barr Canterbury are by miles, the worst agent we encountered, they do not answer their phones, ignore emails, excuses included “we were at an awards ceremony Saturday night ” and “we were in a meeting” your experience does not surprise me! I can only agree with this review having been kept in the dark and having only a few viewings over several months. The phone almost always defaults to the head office and not Canterbury. The people who deal with the property keep changing so they don't feed back or have good communication. End result my house is no longer on the market with them. ...

Hi Nick, was the property in question 6 Montfort Close at all? My mother in law is currently selling the property with Miles and Barr in Canterbury and have had nothing but lies and trouble from them, and had a viewing for around the timeframe you said.
