Cannot recommend Satpal enough for all of the help with the purchase of our house. From viewing in early July through to completion early September, we had a few issues along the way, which were nothing to do with Michael Anthony, but he was always contactable. Throughout the process he kept both us and the seller informed of status of the sale and assisted where necessary to make sure that everything went to plan. Happily in our new home....Thank you!

You have to ask yourself, what good is a 1% fee if the agent can't sell your home? I'd rather pay a higher percentage of something, than 1% of nothing. Selling the home was the objective, and the objective was met, absolutely so.

We found the whole experience extremely demoralising, however we remembered the professionalism, and the enthusiasm for the property, shown by Michelle from Michael Anthony and knew once our contract was up, we would go back.
Michelle came back to the house, remembered every nuance of our previous conversation, despite four months having passed, and reassured us our house would sell, and soon. Having then signed up the difference between the first agent and Michael Anthony became even clearer - there was an energy about Michelle and her colleagues that was completely missing previously. The house was inundated with viewings with Michael Anthony seeking potential buyers out, not just waiting for calls. It took three weeks for us to sell our house.
Throughout this process I had come into contact with Satpal at Michael Anthony, who showed just as much enthusiasm for our house as Michelle, and was open and honest with me at all times - very refreshing in an industry notorious for telling clients what they want to hear. Satpal managed the purchase of our property extremely well, negotiating a very good price for us. He also introduced us to the house we would eventually end up buying! Oddly, looking through Rightmove I had dismissed the new property (I don't remember why now), so when Satpal mentioned it and I declined I heard surprise in his voice, so I said I'd give it a chance. Satpal knew what I was after and knew this gave me everything I needed - he knew better than I did on what I was looking for!
I could go on and on about how good they have been, but I would never dream of using a different agent now.

I chose to sell with Michael Anthony and Michelle as she had great knowledge of the market and had recently sold a neighbours property in less than a week. She was professional throughout and did so much chasing over and above what would be expected. We were under pressure with such tight deadlines as part of a 5 house chain and Michelle constantly chased everyone in the chain including solicitors to make sure that the completion date was met in time. I don't think we would have completed in time, and therefore potentially have the chain break down, if it wasn't for Michelle. She was always available by phone and email and very helpful each time we spoke. Without a doubt would recommend to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Colin immersed himself in our house and as a result was able to present the property in a professional manner in all the viewing he hosted.
On securing a buyer Colin then took complete ownership for not only selling our house, but to ensure that all other properties in the chain were secure and to personally step in and make sure that one particular property was also sold.
We cannot commend Colin enough for his professionalism and diligence and would recommend him to others.

Michelle assisted in my sale and Colin in my purchase. Both worked hard to oversee what became a lengthy and, at times, tedious, sensitive and tricky, process.
I couldn't fault the service that I received from either of them. Queries were answered, calls returned and a friendly, helpful and professional approach maintained at all times. Michelle had to work very hard to drive my sale along and she remained positive and good humoured throughout, always on hand for advice and guidance.
Colin too had a tricky and difficult time in convincing my vendor to stick with me and his determination and professionalism paid off. Again, always approachable and ready to offer sound advice. Thank you to you both - you did a brilliant job.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and the agency.
