I sympathise entirely, we have been consistently lied to, let down and treated as the enemy for wanting to buy a flat they had obviously decided was for someone they know. after offering the full asking price we were asked many times how much more we could go to (there were no other offers at the time) then we were told no decision would be made until after several more viewings, the next day it was removed and suddenly appeared under offer.
