Although relatively expensive, my view is that you get what you pay for. I've achieved a sale price of around 5% over the Home Report Value, which is obviously a good outcome for me. However, importantly, the levels of customer service backing this up and reassurance that I had a professional, reliable company representing me, is also what I would expect when paying slightly higher fees than I might otherwise have done. I have not been disappointed.

Wasn’t happy at first, as added a buyers premium, as I had been told wrong amount at first. Would have meant I’d have had to either pay/loose much more. But as agreed it was removed after said time,with no problems thankfully. All worked out in the end.
