Of course I could have found a cheaper agent but I'm a firm believer in 'you get what you pay for' and I doubt if any other agent could have drummed up interest like McEwan Fraser. And of course the more competition for the purchase the more chance of getting a fabulous price. Through my experience I rate the agents fees as a bargain!
