Worst company to deal with..staff in Birmingham beach thinks they better than others. They need to hire more professional staff and someone to teach them how to be respectful. Hi, I rang the office week beginning the 12/09 was asking about a property to rent on behalf of my son whose disabled with Autism. He was looking to rent with his friend who works full time . I rang on the Monday explaining to a lady who was very rude and telling me completely different advice to the previous girl. Telling me that I couldn't have rang as there's nothing in the book 1 thing is I'm not stupid I run my own business and I understand what customer service is! I think ** from the Sutton coldforld branch needs a refresher course. Would never deal with this agency again I suggest others don't either. I put the phone down in the end as her attitude was awful .

Awful estate agents who are only interested in getting your money! No care for customers at all. Lost £300 due to their negligence and they refused to refund it. Awful estate agents who are only interested in getting your money! No care for customers at all. Lost £300 due to their negligence and they refused to refund it. Awful agency. Lettings ran by patronising incompetent children
If you like your queries being ignored or (finally) abruptly answered, given the run around or just being dealt with in an unhelpful rude manner then these are the letting agents for you. Difficult and awkward unless they're taking your money. Don't even bother ringing the out of hours service in an emergency (no gas in winter and locked out of the property and the agents have a spare set of keys!!!) as the lady is clearly out shopping and takes great umbrage in being disturbed and offers no real solutions. As I said avoid and use an agency that is run by professional adults over the age of 20 that treat their customers with respect.
