This company is an absolute disgrace they take money from you and do not repay you after they admitted their error after numerous calls and emails from ourselves/ solicitors etc...they also don't repay you even after you get a judgement from court. Stay well clear if you are a decent landlord and don't want to be fleeced by them!

This company is an actual joke, the staff don't pass Any information to one another. They say they will call you back with the correct information which they never do. This company is an actual joke, the staff don't pass Any information to one another. They say they will call you back with the correct information which they never do. When you call they always say the person you need to speak to is either on there lunch or out the office for the day! They lie through there teeth about every little things! They released us from our contract and have been lying about it to the landlord. They are not prepared to give us the information we need to provide to the council to say we're no longer living there causing us to have to go to a tribunal with the council. They are a bunch of petty children who spit there dummy out when you tell them what's what! I phone head office to put in a complaint and they just directed me to the beach to do this, still has not been done DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
