Avoid at all cost, after years of being a good tenant, paying rent and bills on time, looking after property, visits every 6 months from staff happy with how the property is. AVOID martin & co stafford. 2.5yrs lived in this property, been waiting for a council property for around 1.5 years, offered somewhere and I asked if they could deduct the remaining rent from deposit for them to send a reference off (made me pay £20 for) to the housing association that offered... My advise is not to use this agency as they are professional liers. Once you agree a price they will ask your details including income job etc. I provided those and asked her to confirm the agency fee we had agreed while viewing the property. what a shambles they failed to collect rent. u fill a form in to say no pets or smokers an what do u find cat hairs everywhere fag burns all over carpets. the tenant cut kitchen cuboards in half decorated the house as they pleased.not in a good way maybe they weredrunk when they did it.
