Move out time ROBBING YOU!!!
Trying to keep deposit money, manager with unprofessional emails, manager actually wrote me an email saying in red with her very short and unfriendly remarks, absolutely shocked when I read it.
Absolutely no loyalty or compassion just money money money.
STAY CLEAR worst estate agents in Stafford.
Can’t even keep their records up to date with who comes to property to check on works etc.
So you have to find proof yourself.

AVOID martin & co stafford. 2.5yrs lived in this property, been waiting for a council property for around 1.5 years, offered somewhere and I asked if they could deduct the remaining rent from deposit for them to send a reference off (made me pay £20 for) to the housing association that offered... AVOID martin & co stafford. 2.5yrs lived in this property, been waiting for a council property for around 1.5 years, offered somewhere and I asked if they could deduct the remaining rent from deposit for them to send a reference off (made me pay £20 for) to the housing association that offered the 3 bed home to me as I'm overcrowded with me, 2 boys and my daughter in this 2 bedroom saying I owe the money and they wont deduct from out deposit we have with them. We paid to have brand new carpet put down in the living room costing around £240 as it was chipped laminate. Reported 7 repairs 8months ago, roof leaking/boiler leaking being 2 of them but nothing. So I paid £20 for a 'bad' reference so I have now lost the property I was offered for me and my 3 children. The house is in brilliant condition, I've always looked after my homes I've lived in, I'm absolutely livid with them!

My advise is not to use this agency as they are professional liers. Once you agree a price they will ask your details including income job etc. I provided those and asked her to confirm the agency fee we had agreed while viewing the property. Then she didn't reply for that until I write a... Read Full Review

They will tell you a fee once and then they change it if you are not careful enough.

I was really shocked to hear that because I came all the way from London to view properties and because of her I cancelled my other viewings. When I tried to call her she was pretending like it is the landlord who increased it.

Please be careful when you go with them and provide your details especially if you are non British.

what a shambles they failed to collect rent. u fill a form in to say no pets or smokers an what do u find cat hairs everywhere fag burns all over carpets. the tenant cut kitchen cuboards in half decorated the house as they pleased.not in a good way maybe they weredrunk when they did it.
