My advise is not to use this agency as they are professional liers. Once you agree a price they will ask your details including income job etc. I provided those and asked her to confirm the agency fee we had agreed while viewing the property. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
