Thank you to Sue Wright and her team for outstanding service when sell our daughter’s apartment in Carcliffe. There were potential difficulties as our daughter now lives in Australia, however each difficulty was overcome enabling the successful selling of the apartment, the process taking less than three months, from advertising to contract exchange and over the Christmas period too. Cannot thank them all enough for their service, kindness and professionalism.

In a world where we have all reduced our expectations towards the service many industries deliver, Martin & Co have reset our compass. These guys work with you and for you to ensure everything goes to plan, exceeding our expectations in every aspect. The whole Team at Rotherham are experts who go the extra mile and genuinely project a warm and friendly professional relationship. To be honest we were skeptical that no estate agent could deliver on our time scale and price expectations in the current housing climate. How wrong I was, Paul valued the house on Day 1, we discussed the market and agreed the sale price and tactics. Day 2 completed the photo-shoot, brochures and online ad. Day 3 went to the Market. Day 4 five viewings arranged by the office team of pre-vetted prospective buyers in a strong position to fit my schedule and deliver on price. Day 5 Sold Subject to Contract. I met Gary Moss at the property to undertake a valuation. I also contacted 2 other Estate Agents who came on the same day. I have sold several house but without doubt this was the best service I have had.

Recently sold our property with Martin and Co. Gary certainly got the viewers through the door and we were sold within 6 weeks. From that point on, Pam did an amazing job keeping me sane with all the solicitors stuff and also chasing both sets of solicitors so I was kept informed. She even stepped in to get me a moving date that suited my needs. The service was supportive, proactive, friendly ad customer focused. Plus you can contact them by phone, email or in the office itself. They always get back to you the same day if they aren't immediately available. They might not be the cheapest option but they are definitely the best option. Thank you for all your hard work on our behalf.
