I have dealt with Darren and the team for over 10 years now and they have been helpful, professional and good value. Whilst living in Australia for 10 years they have acted as my agent to rent out my house in Ringwood and now I have recently moved back and my tenants still have a number of months left on the lease Martin & Co Ringwood have easily arranged a temporary rental for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

I Have been renting my house through Martin and co for nearly 2 years now and I have no complaints about them what’s so ever. If ever anything breaks or stops working it always gets sorted straight away so I never have to wait. The staff are really helpful and friendly but still... Read Full Review

When I moved in the property I reported a couple of problems which were completely ignored, not even getting back to me.
Around 3 weeks before moving out there was a gas safety inspection where I reported that I had recently had problems with the gas fire, the gas engineer informed me this was a part that wears out over time and he would book the fire in to be serviced. I left the property spotless with no issues but the gas engineer had not called to sort a day for the service. A few days after moving I spoke to staff in the Ringwood office about my deposit, I was informed there was no problems on the inventory or any complaints from the new tennant so I started my deposit reclaim online. A couple of days later I speak to the same member of staff who suddenly says there was a mark on the wall and the gas fire doesn't work!! I was infuriated by this especially after I had been waiting for the fire to be sorted out before I moved and obviously I hadn't caused the fire to become faulty in the first place! Disgusting behaviour from the staff member to suggest the faulty gas fire was my responsibility plus the mark on the wall comment was laughable, the place was covered in marks when I moved in. Try and avoid this lot if possible
