The most unpleasant, un-co-operative, un-supporting estate agency we've had to deal with. We've come over from another country after maternity leave with our little 6 months old daughter and had to go by the pictures we've seen on the market -which were far from what the reality was. Were the longest 6 months of ou lifes living in a filthy property with mold, mouses(we had to set up traps as Martin and Co said it's weekend and there is nothing they can do)-my daughter had high t° as mouses were in the kitchen, dirty, greasy walls and just unsafe to live in that flat. We've contacted the Council, the manager of the properties visited as well (Celia Allen) which also said she wouldn't live there for a moment(she then liased back to the landlord which decided to sell the flat after we leave). I've asked to be redecorated to a decent standard to leave in but the landlord said we should do it , it's too much for her to redecorate, she would only provide some paint. Nick Guy was sarcastic when we went back to the agency , saying "that's the thing when you go by the pictures"-well, "sir" we had to, wouldn't be our choice. We've had a leak in the kitchen-Nina said to "monitor" it over a week and if is getting worst then maybe they'll send someone-of course we were allways thinking about the leak whenever we were out of the flat. So many other things that we've had to deal with and the agency couldn't care less... Wouldn't recommend it at all...wouldn't give any stars
