WARNING! Avoid at all costs. There's a reason Martin and Co uk as a company have 72% 1 star reviews. They are clearly rotten from the core. I was a tenant in the property for three years and everything was fine until the END OF THE TENANCY. This was dealt with by Claudia GAL. What agent could do to change your mind?
Simply put they could have been honest about the deductions - itemizing what they are taking off any why. Instead of just saying well you can lodge a complaint with the TDS they could have looked in to what the problem was. I have left with a feeling of distrust
