I have been renting via Martin&Co since August - I've had two important maintenance issues that should have been resolved within a week and both have taken more than 3 weeks and constant chasing to be actioned - ridiculous!! Would not recommend and will not be renting via them... Read Full Review

I had a bad experience today with Martin and Co. I selected a property at Bridge water place in Leeds and the viewing time was fixed at 13.30 pm . This is a greedy agent. They deducted £180 of my deposit for dust and other silly things, although I have cleaned everything. Friendly but incompetent staff who are intent on doing the bare minimum. No inventory was performed on the flat I moved into despite me repeatedly requesting it prior to moving it. I visited this branch last week and saw 4 apartments. I walked into the shop at 13:00 and by 13:15 I was stood inside the first one.
