First class all round.
Communication was exemplary. Steve, Mark, Stacey & Melissa handled our sale with complete professionalism.
They answered all of our silly questions without fuss.
Reassured us when things were not happening as quickly as we wanted them to. (We were pretty desperate for a quick sale! - Well, who isn't?)
Arranged viewings & sent reminders to us.
The team operate with integrity & honesty. They are without doubt, head & shoulders above the rest.

I called up to view a property , I'm only able to do evening viewings as I work full time. I was told by the agent that they couldn't do a viewing past 5.30pm I said I can pretty much do any evening but he said well we close at 5.30 so I said "so I can't view then" his reaction was well... I called up to view a property , I'm only able to do evening viewings as I work full time. I was told by the agent that they couldn't do a viewing past 5.30pm I said I can pretty much do any evening but he said well we close at 5.30 so I said "so I can't view then" his reaction was well we close at 5.30+. I'm potentially looking at spending £200,000 and they couldn't even arrange a viewing . His tone was off and he wasn't interested in helping me with my enquiry. No wonder more people are using online agents at least they work around the client not just around themselves. Shame the vendor doesn't know the agent is turning down potential buyers !
