Awful company, customer service is dreadful. Go out of their way to be rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Worst estate agents I have ever come across. Awful company, customer service is dreadful.
Go out of their way to be rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.
Worst estate agents I have ever come across.
Avoid at all costs, they are only interested in getting as much money as possible from landlords and tenants, they are a disgusting company.

I've been trying to buy a house through this company but they never respond to emails unless it suits them or is something in their favour. They've also taken into account my mental health and have been nothing but supportive!

I just wanted to write a review as I know when I was looking a year ago there was mixed reviews but I promise you wont regret trusting this property to find you a home - I have for coming up to the second year! Thank you to you all again

Worst company to rent from, after 3 years of being a tenant and ending my tenancy correctly they have screwed me over, these guys charge 5- 10 pound for a cobweb and still argue with you when you have the signed photo proof from when you signed for the house where they counter signed. Would not rent from them even if I was homeless.... oh which they have tried to make sure I am by giving me a poor reference even though I wasn't in rent arrears, if you do rent from these a holes then take pictures email for repairs and keep all bank statements just so you have proof when they stitch you up

I've rented a property out with this agency in Gainsbourgh for the last 6 years after moving away from the area.
They have always been good and I've felt reassured that the property is cared for in my absence.
Changes of tenant have gone smoothly and new tenants found quickly.
If I have requested works to be done at the property Martin & Co have organised them in a timely manner and to a good standard. Recently Stacey Sleight has been wonderful helping me with a long list of improvements and this has made me want to leave a review.
The staff are professional, friendly and always reply quickly.
I really like the online portal they have. It lets me see everything connected to the rental in one place.
