Martin & Co ( especially Dave Russell) really stand out.
All my questions were answered swiftly in a professional and friendly matter and they went the extra mile.
In my experience the best estate agent in Folkestone as they care for both seller and buyer!!

Will was the agent to show me properties to rent. He was confident, knowledgeable and honest in his approach. He was precise in matching the right property to my needs after taking into account all of my concerns and requirements. Unfortunately would NOT recommend this estate agent. Dealing with Tracey Horton has been a nightmare! I am the landlord and despite saying many times that all viewings and communication must go through myself and not the tenant, she arranged a market appraisal through the tenant without my prior... Unfortunately would NOT recommend this estate agent. Dealing with Tracey Horton has been a nightmare! I am the landlord and despite saying many times that all viewings and communication must go through myself and not the tenant, she arranged a market appraisal through the tenant without my prior instruction or knowledge. Never apologised. Disgraceful! Became unhelpful and provoking with email and only hid behind emails. Communication so poor it us intolerable. Very clear from day 2 that this branch are understaffed and would not beable to provide the service which I would expect. Appalling. Apparently she has a poor reputation with other competitors in her field. DO NOT USE!
