Renters beware! Sign your contract and kiss goodbye to your deposit. Exaggerated cleaning and damage reports. Extortionate costs which do not reflect real life situation. Rude abbrassive staff. Bias contractor costs. Need I go on! Rent at your perril!...

I am very disappointed to read the above review. I would like to clarify a few points...We, as agents, do not decide what works are required at the end of a tenancy nor do our landlords. It is an independent Inventory Clerk that attends and decides, therefore this cannot be considered as biased. All tenants are provided with an inventory at the beginning of their tenancy and advised to check through the property thoroughly within the first 7 days.
