James and his team were extremely efficient and found us tenants within a few days of completing the purchase of our property - they also handled the sale. The commission that we agreed with them was very reasonable and they have been obliging and efficient in organising with the administrative side of things - e.g. inventories, gas checks, references and so on. They have been pleasant and professional throughout our dealign with them and we would definitely recommend them as a letting agent.

I approached James at Martin & Co about a year ago with regards to a studio flat I was renting out. I was looking to sell it and wanted a valuation.
They were very efficient and carried out the valuation.
It took me a few months to get the tenant out sadly, but I stayed in touch with Martin & Co, as I was keen for them to take it on.
The studio was refurbished and James from Martin & Co came back to view it. We agreed a selling price and it was put on the market.
I am not local, so they handled all the viewings and also allowed builders to gain access when needed.
They found a suitable buyer within a couple of weeks and the sale just completed last week.
They were efficient and helpful at all times, and extremely professional.
I would recommend James and the Martin & Co team to anyone looking to sell in that area.

We have just moved in a flat at Upper Norwood Triangle. The people in this little office at Church Road do not have the arrogance that we have felt in many other letting agencies. Both James and Michael are capable to communicate in a pleasant and realistic way with their feet down to earth. There was not one single thing that you could not discuss with them and they take their time to help you as far as they can. This agency has proved to me that it is possible to do business without losing the human aspects of respect and fairness. I would recommend them to any potential tenant.
