I rented with Martin and co for 3 years. During that time I had constant problems, including the landlady just turning up because I hadn't been informed that she was coming round. This is a long story, i'll try to reduce it. In the begining they were really helpful... Once i came in the property i notice outside the house a broken mirror a ironing table a bukect with a toaster a big carpet.. What agent could do to change your mind?
80£ on a cleaning fee (i shold have the house cleaned then or if i have to pay it then they can't have money from my deposit for a cleaning that it's not necessary)
