Expensive. This would have been £300 to move in. The agent we eventually went with charged £40 to reference two of us. They trade as OpenRent.

If i was a landlord wishing to use the services of this agent then I would be very concerned.
The staff are incompetent and inefficient.They do not keep in contact with prospective tenants and leave you chasing information all the time.

Just generally disgusted with this agent- incompetent, rude, disrespectful. E.g. Boiler broke often and gas engineer wrote 2 or more reports advising new boiler was needed but agent did not act on it. Too many problems to list here. I would never recommend this agent ...
