What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have simply laid out every cost and delay to us in written form at the very start of the process and that way we woudl have been prepared for all this.

Hi Thomas, My friend and I have also had the same experience with Martin & Co and in particular the same member of staff, Prakash Parmar. On the viewing, i was informed that the house was through the post bills for the gas and electric, there was a TV aerial in the master bedroom but one will be put in the second bedroom, certain furniture would be removed from the secondary bedroom (as i had my own furniture from a previous house) and a paint touch up on the walls throughout the house. Martin & Co Leicester does not normally respond to comments on internet forums. We have a formal written complaints process, and anyone remaining dissatisfied once this is exhausted may take their complaint to the Property Ombudsman (www.tpos.co.uk) who will independently investigate it and offer an opinion which is binding upon us.
