Frankly shocking. Extortionate fees (much higher than anywhere else in the City), atrocious customer service and dreadful communications - on the whole, avoid them like the plague. This agency is shockingly miss-managed by a bunch of totally inept and inexperienced staff who haven't a clue ...

Over £600 for two tenants - frankly it's disgusting, but to receive sub-standard customer service just adds insult to injury
