After taking on our property's Martin & Co has done nothing to look after,,, or get the right tenants in to the property! And although getting in tenants that break their contract by abusing the property and moving in other people over crowding the room and house! Does nothing to assist in removing the tenant! Quoting: get yourself a lawyer to get them out,,, not our problem! Poor, rude wast of time and money! Avoid, Avoid, AVOID! Very sad! °Å¸ËœÂ§...

The scenario described does not accord with any that I recollect, I have checked all tenancies in the CM20 post code for similarly named landlords withou success. Those who opt for fully managed service receive our full support in conjunction with legally qualified specialists if things do not go to plan. Our referencing company remain, to my knowledge, the only firm offering warranty support as an inclusive part of their offering, so I am at a loss ot understand why the client would have the ex....

Terrible experience with Martin & Co Harlow. 1) Took 5 months to receive back our inventory report which was inconsistent with the state of the flat. I informed them about the inconsistencies but it was never updated in the inventory. 2) After my washing machine broke down it took them eight... Yes eight months to replace it almost the full length of the 12 month tenancy. I had to go to a laundrette which cost me alot of money and I had a 1 year old. 3) They don't reply to emails or ret...

Not worth the stress dealing with them ever again.

It is accepted that the handling of the initial inventory was below standard. Beyond this, as agents we are obliged to act in accordance with our clients instructions, which we did on this occasion. It should be noted that amounts claimed from any deposit are not for the agency but the landlord.....
