Rent was very good, one of the only reasons we were interested in a property with them at all. In hindsight, the cheap rent was not worth the wasted time, money, effort and emotional trauma.

Failed to fix maintenance issues tried to steal our deposit had to go through TDS as they were claiming 400 of it they got 40 instead bunch of manipulating nasty monkeys in suits. Terrible rude staff throughout should be investigated by watch dog....

I can deinately agree with that. Rude aggresive and sarcastic. I got my keys the same day i had to move in due to their inability to have the contract ready. The house was filthy sticky and smelly. It's interesting That Martin and Co see fit to discuss clients- past or present I don't know which - financial and employment status on a public forum...I'm sure that goes somewhere against data protection which they clearly state in their terms and conditions they will only share with the Credit Referencing agency and Landlord...slick move guys.
