Turned up for viewing 10 min early and rang doorbell as instructed 3 times then waited until my allocated time rang doorbell 5 times no answer. Agency could not contact their agent to open flat or even turn up. I hope they know time and money are not ...

Hard to say as they dont turn up but I would say a £50 reimbursement to me for my time will be fair!

I have spoken to the negotiator that was conducting the viewing she was present throughout as she had a prior viewing at the same property. Our office called her to say that you were outside and told you to use the intercom to be let in, our negotiator released the door for you however when no one arrived she went out to investigate and no one was there, we do not know how you missed each other, however if you wish to re-book please call us. I am sorry you wasted your time however i am not sure ...

The worse agency ever lied to us and money grabbing took money out of deposit for dust 50 and 100 for removal of one wall of wallpaper and told us landlord was selling property but found out that someone else moved in to property never fix problems ...

Extremely rude and aggressive staff. From the very start. They don't care they just want to argue. Very serious risk to health that they refused to do anything about until we went into the office and refused to leave. Threatened with violence by the director ...
