Always had excellent service from Mansell McTaggart. Jacob showed us round a number of properties and was always professional and knowledgeable about the property. It was refreshing to always be shown round by a proper estate agent even on Saturdays when other agencies often seem to use temporary staff who don’t know much about the property they’re showing you round. Mansell McTaggart were proactive during the purchase process, often chasing up our solicitor who was frustratingly difficult to get hold of despite our best efforts! We think Mansell McTaggart do a good job of advertising properties with good photos as well. We would definitely consider using Mansell McTaggart if we were selling our property in the future.

After a not so pleasant experience selling our house we changed agent to Mansell McTaggart. They quickly sold our house but the sale was scuppered by the Liz Truss budget. We subsequently sold again successfully. On both sale attempts the professionalism of the Mansell McTaggert team was evident from day 1 and throughout the selling process. We were given weekly progress updates at minimum and this continued throughout until Completion. We would use this team again and can recommend them.

Guy, Scott, Harvey and Jacob were all brilliant from start to finish.
We initially put our house on the market with Mansell as they had sold a lot of properties in our development and having met the team in person we definitely made the right decision. All chaps were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and really understood our situation and the need to sell fairly quickly. Harvey and Scott did a great job with the viewings and were very prompt to give the potential buyers feedback and kept in contact with interested parties to keep momentum going. Nothing was too much trouble and phone calls/emails were answered professionally and promptly which was great.

Once we found the right buyer, Jacob did a fantastic job of negotiating the deal and securing the exchange and completion in a short space of time. Even though we were in a fairly long chain, he kept the other estate agents and solicitors in contact with one another to aid the progression of all the sales as we were the end of chain. We had never sold a house before this and it really did take the pressure off us as we could totally rely on Jacob to take care of the chasing and he regularly gave us clear updates throughout the process so we always knew where we were.

We would highly recommend Mansell in Horsham and for the price I think they provide an excellent service so don't hesitate to list with them.
