We recently sold our house through Mansell McTaggart and were very impressed with the service we received from staff at the Horsham office.
They kept in frequent contact throughout the whole process and liaised very effectively when we had issues with our conveyancer in the final stages before exchange of contract.
They gave us advice on presenting our home and managed our expectations on price. We sold at the second viewing.
They also employ an excellent photographer whose skills showed our house at its best.
Declan, Guy and Jacob were a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
The bottle of wine on exchange of contracts was also a very lovely surprise!

We decided to instruct Mansell Mctaggart following a visit from Declan. The advice given was current and we were impressed with the depth of knowledge about the housing market and the wider economic impact on house pricing and what is realistically achievable in the current economic climate. Communication was brilliant from start to finish and it was great that all the team came to see the property before the property was marketed. This ensured they could fully brief potential buyers. They conducted due diligence to ensure there were no time wasters and this was reflected in the subsequent offers and ability to proceed to exchange/completion swiftly. We were also impressed that they include professional photography as standard. The surprise bottle following exchange was a nice touch and we would certainly recommend them. Thank you Guy, Declan, Liam, Jacob and Harvey on a job well done.

It’s been a while since I sold a property so I chose Mansell McTaggart through recommendation. I met Guy who gave me unbiased, and as it turned out excellent advice as to when and how to market my property. The initial process was speedy and efficient.
I sold within the first few weeks and I am due to complete at the end of the month.
Throughout the sales process I received regular progress reports from Scott, Harvey and Jacob.
The whole team are polite and efficient. They even bought me a tin of biscuits when I came out of hospital.
What more can I say.. I would thoroughly recommend Mansell McTaggart.

The valuation was fair and realistic, and the marketing of the property was decent, with welltaken photos and a clear listing. Viewings were handled efficiently, and the agency managed the negotiation process competently, resulting in a sale within a fast timeframe.
All in all, Mansell McTaggart did the job as promised and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
